He’s no Saint…

He never claimed to be a saint, but he’s no demon either. In a world full of sworn enemies, how will Saint strike back, destroy the network, and be able to see the daughter he never knew he had?

Secrets Revealed
1. Tensions are high in the Balkans, like in Montenegro and Albania, including assassinations
The first part of Assassin’s Call occurs in the Balkans: Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia. This area has traditionally been very volatile and still is. As recently as this spring, a Montenegro lawmaker and the mayor of Budva––where Saint is dispatched for his assassination––was arrested on drug trafficking charges and accused of creating a criminal organization.
Then, this summer, the former chief of police in Montenegro was arrested on suspicion of running a criminal enterprise, smuggling, and abuse of position.
Then, in April of this year, five foreigners were involved in assassinating a powerful businessman in Albania. Yes, foreigners, from Britain and Portugal.
The assassin who pulled the trigger was from Portugal and used a Makarov pistol, the same as what Saint prepared to use during this assassination. The assassination was caught on camera when the businessman was killed inside a restaurant he owned. I just can’t make this stuff up…
Below is a picture of him and the moment he was shot…
But how will Saint execute his assassination? The answer when you enjoy Assassin’s Call…
2. Do assassins networks really exist?
It is hard to say since assassins mostly work alone and independently. However, often assassins are caught, and we get a glimpse of their life and the fact that they actually do exist. There have been many cases when assassins have been employed by the Mafia or other criminal organizations.
Other times, individuals hire people to carry out what are known as “contract killings.” For example, Julian Sinanaj was an Albanian assassin who operated out of Athens, Greece for 15 years, until he was caught. During that time, he is estimated to have killed as many as 20 people. Again, facts are stranger than fiction…
Below is a picture of the assassin during this trial.
Does Saint belong to an assassin network? How does he operate? What are his rules? You’ll find out in the pages of Assassin’s Call…
