Interesting Facts about Javin’s Locations of Operation: Yemen is an extremely dangerous place to be (the former President was killed in a grenade and gun attack in December 2017). But even dangerous places can have fabulous food, and Yemen is no exception. Some of the local dishes are phenomenal. In Sana, capital of Yemen, Javin and Claudia enjoyed sabayah or honey cake, which is a famous flaky pastry drizzled with honey. As a big baklava fan, I can attest that honey and pastry are a great combination!
