The missile can be launched within seven minutes and is equipped with a number of defense systems to evade interception. The weapon can deploy active and passive decoys and is maneuverable during the flight. This is exactly the missile that disappeared in Russia and appeared in Ukraine, and that’s one of the main plots of The Russian Defector, out on January 7.
